Carbohydrates (Sugars)
The general term for soluble carbohydrates with a sweet flavor and which are frequently found in food is sugar. Fructose, glucose, and lactose are examples of simple sugars, commonly referred to as monosaccharides. Gummy supplements' appealing sweet and or fruity taste and flavor is due to added sugars that make them more enjoyable to consume. It may be good to consider an alternative form of supplement if you are concerned about added sugars.
